The term "change of ownership" includes, but is not limited to, intervivos gifts, purchases, transfers, leases, cash and/or stock transactions or other comparable arrangements whenever the person or entity acquires a majority interest (Fifty percent [50¢] or more) of the ICF-IID or services. Changes of ownership from partnerships, single proprietorships or corporations to another form of ownership are specifically included.
