Separate licenses are required for Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility maintained on separate premises, even though such centers may be operated under the same management. A separate distinct license is required to distinguish entities providing twelve (12) hour care services verses twenty-four (24) hour services. No Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility shall co-locate with another facility licensed by the Department.
