15 Miss. Code R. § 2-11-1.3.1
It shall be the duty of the director or other person in charge of any clinical laboratory in the State of Mississippi or serving Mississippi clinicians or institutions to notify the Mississippi State Department of Health of any laboratory finding as provided for in Appendix A of the Rules and Regulations Governing Reportable Diseases and Conditions for all classes of diseases or conditions. The report shall in all cases include the name and location of the physician or other health care provider ordering the test in addition to the patient identifying information specified in Subchapter 1. Tests considered reportable shall be those listed in Appendix B to the Rules and Regulations Governing Reportable Diseases and Conditions.
