For surveillance and reporting purposes, the criteria for diagnosis of reportable conditions shall be those specified by the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Current criteria can be found at http://wwwn.cdc.gov/nndss/case-definitions.html for infectious diseases.
