Rule 15-2-11-1.18.1

Any physician, dentist or other person who shall fail, neglect, or refuse to comply with, or shall falsify any report, or shall violate any of the Rules and Regulations of the Mississippi State Board of Health shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalty provided by law.
