The Guidelines for Prevention of Transmission of Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Hepatitis B Virus to Patients during Exposure-Prone Invasive Procedures published in the MMWR by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shall be the guidelines followed in all applicable circumstances in the State of Mississippi.
