The notice will be sent via United States Postal Service regular and Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested. A copy of the "Regulations Regarding Placement of Findings of Resident Abuse, Resident Neglect, and/or Misappropriation of Resident Property Against a Nurse Aide Registry" will be included with the notice.
