Rule 15-16-1-54.4.2

Once an allegation that resident neglect, resident abuse, or misappropriation of resident property is found valid, based on oral or written evidence and investigation, the State completes the following notification procedures: The State notifies the following in writing within ten (10) working days of the investigation:

1. Aide(s) implicated in the investigation;

2. The current administrator of the facility in which the incident occurred; and

3. Nurse Aide Registry.
