Rule 15-16-1-53.6.1

Employers who implement a drug and alcohol testing program pursuant to the Act shall contract with manufacturers, vendors, or other providers of drug and alcohol testing devices, or with a laboratory, for the purpose of initial drug and alcohol testing of employees to:

1. Train employees of the employer implementing the drug and alcohol testing program in the collecting of specimens and the administering of initial tests; or

2. Provide the employer with personnel to collect specimens and administer the initial tests.
