Rule 15-16-1-53.4.1

An employer may include in its drug and alcohol testing protocols marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, phencyclidine, alcohol and other controlled substances. However, if testing for controlled substances other than those specifically named above is conducted, testing for such substances can be done only if an appropriate federal agency has established an approved protocol and positive threshold for each such substance.
