In the State of Mississippi, every public and private employer who voluntarily implements a drug and alcohol testing policy and program, pursuant to the Act, shall do so in accordance with these regulations. Any person or entity who collects specimens for drug and alcohol testing, who conducts initial and/or confirmation tests, or who conducts retests on specimens after a positive confirmation test, pursuant to the Act, shall do so in accordance with these regulations.
