The term "safe" as used in Subchapter 80 hereof shall be interpreted in the light of compliance with the requirements of the latest codes presently in effect, which are incorporated by reference as a part of these Minimum Standards; National Fire which includes the Life Safety Code, National Fire Protection Association or Standard Building Code, Southern Building Code Congress and Standard Plumbing Code, Southern Building Code Congress or American Standard National Plumbing Code, American Standards Association No. 17.3; and Sanitary Code of the Mississippi Department of Health.
