Rule 15-16-1-51.7.3 - The governing body shall meet at least quarterly

1. Minutes of these meetings shall be kept and shall include at least the following;

2. The date of the meeting;

3. The names of members who attended;

4. The topics discussed;

5. The decisions reached and actions taken;

6. The dates for implementation of recommendations; and

7. The reports of the chief executive officer and others.
