When indicated, recreation services shall be incorporated in the patient's treatment plan. Recreation services that are included in a patient's treatment plan shall reflect an assessment of the patient's needs, interests, life experiences, capacities, and deficiencies. Recreation services staff shall collaborate with other professional staff in delineating goals for patient's treatment, health maintenance, and vocational adjustments.
