Rule 15-16-1-51.43.1

Within 7 days of admission, the staff shall conduct a complete assessment of each patient's needs. The assessment shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to physical, emotional, behavioral, social, recreational, nutritional, and when appropriate, legal and vocational.
