Rule 15-16-1-51.19.3

Professional staff are individuals who are qualified by training and experience to provide direct service under minimal supervision, and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. Registered Nurse;

2. Occupational Therapist/Therapeutic Recreation Specialist/Rehabilitation Counselor;

3. Physician;

4. Child Psychiatrist;

5. Psychologist;

6. Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor;

7. Teacher;

8. Speech Pathologist; and

9. Licensed Master Level Social Worker.
