A licensed facility with sixteen (16) or more residents shall obtain a Food Service Permit from the Mississippi State Department of Health. A licensed facility with fifteen (15) or fewer residents shall meet the requirements as set forth in the Facility Inspection Report issued by the Mississippi State Department of Health.
