Physical therapy services shall be given in accordance with the responsible physician's, podiatrist's, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, or clinical nurse specialist's written order by a physical therapist or physical therapy assistant currently licensed in the State of Mississippi to practice as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant. The physician's, podiatrist's, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, or clinical nurse specialist's, order shall be specific as to modalities to be utilized and frequency of therapy.
