Rule 15-16-1-46.26.3 - Annual Budget1. The annual operating budget shall include all anticipated income and expenses related to the overall operation of the program.2. The overall plan and budget shall be reviewed and updated at least annually by the governing body.3. A budget committee consisting of, but not limited to, the following members shall meet and document in minutes the planning of a yearly budget: a. Representative of the governing body.b.
