Rule 15-16-1-45.30.3

Nutrient-Based Menu may be used in lieu of using a standard food planning guide. Nutritional analysis of menus shall meet current recommended dietary allowances of the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Research Council of the national Academy of Science for age and gender.
