For the purposes of regulations governing informal dispute resolutions, the term "licensed facility representative" shall mean an employee of the licensed facility (i.e., including, but not limited to, administrator, assistant administrator, director of nursing, director of social services, and others), as designated by the administrator of the licensed facility.
