By virtue of authority vested in it by Mississippi Code Annotated § 43-11-1 through § 43-11-17, or as otherwise amended, the Mississippi State Department of Health (otherwise known as the licensing agency), does hereby adopt and promulgate the following Rules, Regulations, and Minimum Standards for Institutions for the Aged or Infirm (hereinafter referred to as facility/ies). Upon adoption of these Rules, Regulations, and Minimum Standards for Institutions for the Aged or Infirm, any former rules, regulations and minimum standards, in conflict therewith, previously adopted by the licensing agency are hereby repealed.
