The abortion facility shall maintain an organized nursing staff to provide high quality nursing care for the needs of the patients and be responsible to the ambulatory surgical facility for the professional performance of its members. The abortion facility nursing service shall be under the direction of a legally and professionally qualified registered nurse. There shall be a sufficient number of duly licensed nurses on duty at all times to plan, and provide nursing care for the patient.
