Rule 15-16-1-41.83.2 - Compliance with Rules, Regulations and Standards The FED shall:
1. Comply with all applicable Medicare provider-based regulations. The FED shall comply with all regulations that apply to clinical services and staffing for emergency departments, as set forth in the MSDH Minimum Standards of Operation for Mississippi Hospitals.2. Provide data to their Trauma Region and the department's Trauma Registry through participation in the Mississippi Trauma Care System (MTS). 15 Miss. Code. R. 16-1-41.83.2
