Rule 15-16-1-41.83.1 - Adoption of Regulations and Minimum Standards

By virtue of authority vested in it by the Mississippi Code Annotated Sections 41-75-1 through 41-75-13, or as otherwise amended, the Mississippi Department of Health does hereby adopt and promulgate the following regulations and standards for Freestanding Emergency Departments (FED).
