Rule 15-16-1-4.17.6 - Physical Facilities1. A licensed facility with fifteen (15) or fewer clients shall meet the requirements as set forth in the facility Inspection Report issued by the Mississippi State Department of Health.2. The facility shall have kitchens and dining rooms appropriately furnished and adequate to serve the number of clients residing in the facility in a comfortable environment. Dining room(s) may be sized to accommodate clients in either one or two sittings. Kitchens and dining facilities shall meet all applicable sanitation and safety standards.3.
