Rule 15-16-1-3.3.6 - Fees The following fees are applicable to Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facilities:
1. Each application for initial licensure or renewal licensure, unless suspended or revoked shall be accompanied by a fee in an amount set by the Board, made payable to the Mississippi State Department of Health by business check, money order, or by electronic means. The fees are not refundable. 2. Applicants for initial licensure, or licensees, shall pay a user fee in an amount set by the Board, and made payable to the Mississippi State Department of Health by business check, money order, or by electronic means.
