Conditions which have not been covered in the Standards shall be enforced in accordance with the best practices as interpreted by the Licensing Agency. The Licensing Agency reserves the right to:
1. Visit hospice patients in their place of residence in order to evaluate the quality of care provided.2. Review the payroll records of each hospice agency for the purpose of verifying staffing patterns.3. Information obtained by the licensing agency through filed reports, inspection, or as otherwise authorized, shall not be disclosed publicly in such manner as to identify individuals or institutions, except in proceedings involving the question of licensure. 15 Miss.
