Rule 15-16-1-1.47.1 - One-Story Building Non-Combustible Construction1. One-hour fire resistive rating generally. After adoption of these regulations, one-story buildings shall be of at least one-hour fire resistive rating throughout except as provided in subparagraph of this section ("hazardous areas and combustible storage").2. Hazardous areas and combustible storage. All areas used for storage of combustible materials shall be classified as hazardous areas and shall be separated from other areas by construction having a fire resistive rating of at least two (2) hours.15 Miss.
