A time schedule for serving meals to patients or residents and personnel shall be established. Meals shall be served approximately five (5) hours apart with no more than fourteen (14) hours between a substantial evening meal and breakfast. The time schedule of meals shall be posted with the menu on the board. Bedtime/in between meal snacks of nourishing quality must be offered to patients not on diets prohibiting such nourishment.
