Rule 15-16-1-1.37.9 - Kitchen Garbage and Trash Handling1. Kitchen garbage and trash shall be placed in suitable containers with tight-fitting lids and stored in a screened or refrigerated space pending removal. Kitchen garbage and trash shall not be allowed to accumulate in the kitchen and shall be removed from the premises at frequent intervals. 2.
