All foods and food ingredients shall be so stored, handled, and served so as to be protected from dust, flies, roaches, rats, unsanitary handling, droplet infection, overhead leakage, sewage backflow and any other contamination. Sugar, syrup and condiment receptacles shall be provided with lids and shall be kept covered when not in use.
