Rule 15-16-1-1.37.10 - Employee Cleanliness1. Employees engaged in handling, preparation, and/or serving of food shall wear clean clothing at all times. They shall wear hair nets, head bands, or caps to prevent the falling of hair.2. Employee handling food shall wash their hands thoroughly before starting to work, immediately after contact with any soiled matter, and before returning to work after each visit to the toilet room.3.
