Rule 15-16-1-1.15.1 - Personnel Policies Each licensed hospice agency shall adopt and enforce personnel policies applicable and available to all full and part time employees. These policies shall include but not be limited to the following:
1. Fringe benefits, hours of work and leave time;2. Requirements for initial and periodic health examinations;3. Orientation to the hospice and appropriate continuing education;4. Job descriptions for all positions utilized by the agency;5. Annual performance evaluations for all employees;6. Compliance with all applicable requirements of the Civil Rights Act of 1964;7.
