Rule 15-16-1-1.11.2 - Penalties

Any person establishing, conducting, managing, or operating a hospice without a license shall be declared in violations of these regulations and State law. Penalties shall be assessed in accordance with § 41-85-25 of the Mississippi Code of 1972.
