Section 26.21.01.09 - Surface Mining and Reclamation Requirements

The practices described in Regulations .10-----.20 of this chapter are the minimum requirements that shall be included in the mining and reclamation plan. The Department may specify additional practices. In addition, the intended use of the affected land shall comply with local land use requirements.
