Section 26.21.01.07 - Fees

A. License and permit fees shall be as prescribed in the Act.

B. Application fees are not refundable.

C. The Department shall return the special reclamation fee and recording fee for the right-of-entry agreement to the applicant if a permit is denied.

D. The Department shall deposit all fees except right-of-entry recording fees in the Surface Mined Land Reclamation Fund.
