Section 26.11.06.15 - Nitrogen Oxides from Nitric Acid Plants

A person may not cause or permit the discharge into the atmosphere from any nitric acid plant, nitrogen oxides in excess of 3 pounds per ton (1.50 kilograms per 1000 kilograms) of acid (100 percent basis) produced.
