Section 26.11.03.14 - Revision of Part 70 Permits - General Requirements

A. The permittee shall submit an application to the Department to revise a Part 70 permit when required under Regulations .15-.17 of this chapter.

B. The applicant for a revision to a Part 70 permit shall comply with the requirements of Regulations .02 and .03 of this chapter and this regulation except that the application need include only information listed that is related to the proposed change to the source and revision to the permit. This information shall be sufficient to evaluate the proposed change and to determine whether it will comply with all applicable requirements of the Clean Air Act.

C. A permittee may not change any provision of a compliance plan or schedule in a Part 70 permit as an administrative permit amendment or a minor permit modification unless the change has been approved by the Department in writing.

D. On-permit and off-permit changes made to a Part 70 source, in accordance with Regulations .19 and .20 of this chapter, do not result in a revision to a Part 70 permit because the terms and conditions of the permit are not revised to reflect the change to the source.
