Section V-17305 - Denial of Registration or Registration Renewal; AppealsA. The board shall send notification to an applicant of the board's final determination that the applicant shall be denied requested registration, renewal thereof, or reinstatement.B. Any such denial shall state with particularity the basis for the denial, including the specific reason(s) for the denial, and shall include notice of right to an administrative hearing before the Division of Administrative Law concerning same, provided that the applicant submits an appeal request thereto within thirty calendar days of receipt of the denial.La.
