Section V-9105 - QuarantineA. The quarantining of an infectious case to protect the public health is provided for in Chapter II, Sections 2:014-2:019 of the State Sanitary Code. Violations of quarantine are punishable under R.S. 40:6.La. Admin. Code tit. 48, § V-9105
