Section V-7503 - AdministrationA. Services rendered by OPPHS in response to Sewerage Program responsibilities are public health-oriented in nature. Program services are offered upon request and are governed by program priorities. Program regulations, as are detailed in Chapter 1, 13, and 16 of the Louisiana State Sanitary Code, generally constitute the basis for the majority of the activities attributable to the Sewerage Program.La.
