Section V-7103 - CollectionsA. Insurance carriers, Medicare and Medicaid are charged by the program for the blood products (e.g., factor, monoclate, stimate and autoplex) and medical supplies (syringes and needles). Costs are determined by charges made to the program for the blood products and medical supplies, plus an administrative fee for dispensing, shipping and delivery by the state.La. Admin.
