Section V-3709 - Failure to Provide Information
A. Any person who is potentially eligible for medical assistance benefits from any federal or state program who refuses to apply for and follow through with application for said benefits shall be presumed to be able to pay the maximum cost of services rendered and shall be billed accordingly.
