Rule 199-41.6 - Waiver

A utility may seek a waiver of any requirement of this chapter. The request for a waiver shall include the utility's reasons for believing the requirement is not applicable or necessary. A request for a waiver shall also comply with rule 199-1.3 (17A,474,476).
