Rule 191-113.19 - Suspension or revocation

The commissioner may, by order, suspend or revoke the license of a captive company or place the same on probation on the following grounds:

(1) The captive company has not commenced business according to its plan of operation within two years of being licensed;

(2) The captive company has ceased to write business;

(3) The captive company so requests; or

(4) Any reason provided in Iowa Code section 521J.9(1).
