Section 410 IAC 7-24-445 - Boiler water additives; criteria

Sec. 445.

(a) Chemicals used as boiler water additives shall meet the requirements specified in 21 CFR 173.310.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a critical item.
