Section 410 IAC 7-24-367 - Mobile retail food establishment's water tank inlet

Sec. 367.

(a) A mobile retail food establishment's water tank inlet shall be as follows:

(1) Three-fourths (3/4) inch in inner diameter or less.

(2) Provided with a hose connection of a size or type that will prevent its use for any other service.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
