Section 410 IAC 6-4-1 - Heating, ventilating and air conditioning regulations; adoption

Sec. 1.

Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Regulations. The State Board of Health does hereby duly adopt Volume IV of the Rules and Regulations of the Administrative Building Council of Indiana [The current version of the Indiana Mechanical Rules may be found at 675 IAC 18.], as amended and revised, commonly known as and customarily referred to as the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Regulations of the State Board of Health.

Information concerning said Rules and Regulations may be obtained from the Director, Administrative Building Council, State Board of Health Building, Indianapolis, Indiana.
