Sec. 25.
(a) This rule may be administered by the department or by the local health officer through their authorized agent.(b) Semi-public pools on the premises of a tourist home shall be operated and maintained in accordance with sections 26(b), 28(b), 42.1, and 44 of this rule.(c) Semi-public spas on the premises of a tourist home shall be operated and maintained in accordance with sections 26(b), 28(b), 42.1, and 44 of this rule.(d) A copy of this rule shall be kept on site at the facility.
